Conditions of Use
This site is for TRADE ONLY with a minimum order of £150.
All prices are shown ex-VAT. (We are not currently VAT registered)
Orders
We accept orders via the following methods:
Online – this is the most efficient way to order as the prices and stock levels are most up-to-date, simply log-in, add items to your basket, and then checkout choosing the method of payment that you prefer.
Email– If you would like to place a large order, an order for a future date, or a bespoke style/colourway please email us with your request, and we can likely accommodate. We will invoice you once the order is agreed- we will not dispatch the goods until payment is received.
For orders over £1000 or certain custom orders, we may require a 20% deposit with order, then balance invoiced on shipment.
Limitations
Please be aware, we will NOT supply any customers who intend to list any Maggie & Me items on eBay or the Amazon Marketplace. Any attempt to list these products on one of these sites will be in breach of our terms of supply. Any violation will result in closure of account.
You are welcome to sell in your own shop, or your own branded website.
We can also supply kits for workshops, craft groups and retreats.
Delivery Options & Charges
We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch at busy times. If you have a deadline please state it clearly and we will do all we possibly can to have it with you on time.
UK Mainland delivery is £8.
If you are based outside of the UK then please contact us – we can ship worldwide but it would be on an ‘Ex-works’ basis. You would be responsible for your own freight , duty and customs.
